  16. I have the C Standard Rationale (which is told to be very near from
  17. the actual Standard produced by X3J11).
  18. My problem is that the files are numerous, and in TeX format. I have no
  19. idea of an utility to convert from TeX down to a text format.

  21. Can anybody (TeX experts are you here?) make the conversion and send
  22. it to me (or post it anyway)?
